With a Solar PPA (Power Purchase Agreement), a third party owns the system and you simply pay for the electricity it produces — usually at a lower rate than your utility, with $0 upfront and the provider handling maintenance.

Roof penetrations from solar and other equipment are backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty when installed by our qualified roofing partners.
